Food and Feed Research

We perform food and feed tests for quality control and Sanitary Inspectorate purposes. Our offer includes bacteriological, physicochemical and storage tests. Food analyzes are performed in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1441/2007 of 5 December 2007 amending Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.

We also perform surface swabs in areas of food production, machinery and hands.

We perform all tests in accordance with the European Commission Regulation EC 2073/2005 and in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health.

Microbiological testing of food and feed

– determination of Listeria monocytogenes

– determination of Escherichia coli

– determination of the total number of microorganisms

– determination of Enterobacteriaceae

– determination of Staphylococcus aureus

– determining the number of yeasts and molds

– Salmonella determination

Physicochemical tests of food:

– nutritional value testing

– salt content test

– fat content test

– testing of carbohydrate and sugar content
