Swimming pool water regulation

In April 2015, the Ministry of Health prepared a draft of a new Regulation on the requirements to be met by water in swimming pools. National regulations do not currently specify any criteria for this type of facilities. The proposed Regulation implements the authorization contained in Art. 11 of the Act of 18 August 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas, containing a delegation to the Minister of Health. The project specifies the requirements that swimming pool water should meet, divided into salt and fresh water, the minimum frequency of inspections, the scope of microbiological and physicochemical tests performed as part of quality control, the method of sampling and reference analysis methods. All tests described in the project can be performed in the Ekolabos laboratory. We have appropriate equipment and, above all, experienced staff thanks to which we can offer you a full range of water quality control services in the swimming pool. We cordially invite you to familiarize yourself with our offer.
